AS well as the interior of properties, we are also able to provide 360 degree photos of outside views, including front elevations and gardens - weather permitting.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a tour cost?
We charge based on the floor area of the property in question, with prices starting from £150. Mileage is charged @ £0.45 per mile outside of a 10 mile radius of Bristol. Discounts are provided for multiple bookings.
What is the time frame for a tour to be turned around?
We aim to provide the tour within 24 hours after the scan, this is usually the morning after the scan is undertaken.
Does the price include a 2D floor plan?
No, we charge an additional price for a floor plan. These start at £12 for a simple 2D black and white plan.
How much does hosting cost after 12 months?
We charge £50 per year for hosting of the model. Clients do however have the option of creating their own Matterport account whereby we can transfer the model.
Does the tour work on Spareroom and other Lettings websites?
The tour cannot currently be uploaded to Spareroom. However, we have a number of options of creating videos based on the tour. Please get in touch for further information.
NEW FEATURE - Measurement Tool
You can now measure directly from the Matterport showcase model with the new measuring tool. Just click on the ruler icon at the bottom of your model and away you go.
Ideal if you want to measure a space for furniture or for a refurbishment project.
Our Matterport scans include ‘Mattertags’ - an option to include text, photographs or video to highlight extra features.
